We have long dreamed of building a real estate portfolio of homes with different purposes, something we could care for, grow over time, and one day pass down to our three children. For us, Homes on Lords Hill is about creating a legacy we did not inherit ourselves, one rooted in home, stewardship, and thoughtful long-term vision.

 

That dream began taking shape when we purchased 18 acres in New Hampshire, where we are now in the process of subdividing the property to create two additional homes. Along the way, we experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find a comfortable, well-cared-for place when life puts you somewhere new. We felt that ourselves while renovating The Field House and searching for somewhere to live during that transition.

 

The Field House is the first home within that vision, created for extended stays and inspired in part by our own experience searching for a temporary home during a season of transition. We wanted to create the kind of place we had been looking for ourselves: beautiful, comfortable, thoughtfully considered, and a soft place to land when you need one.

 

As Homes on Lords Hill grows, so will the ways our homes are lived in, each with its own purpose, but all grounded in the same care and intention.
